Late Arrivals

To recieve the full benefit of your treatment please ensure you arrive on time. Your arriving late may effect the length of your treatment and the amount of the full treatment will be charged.

Children in the day spa
No persons under the age of 10 are allowed into the day spa even if accompanied by an adult.

Cancellation Policy
Credit card details, or alternatively, a monetary deposit of 50% of the treatment value, is to be provided when making bookings. 24 hours notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling. Any cancellation with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the treatment value.
All prices include 10% GST. Prices subject to change without notice.
